Warranty Information

The product is warranted for 3-5 years from the date of initial installation or 6,000 cycles (whichever comes first).

Under normal and compliant usage conditions, within 3-5 years / 4,000 cycles (whichever comes first), the usable capacity retention of the energy storage unit shall be ≥ 80% of the initial capacity. Products connected to the EMS monitoring system will receive the full performance guarantee. 

Full warranty coverage applies when the product is installed and used in accordance with the manual specifications: temperature control (-10°C to 55°C), proper ventilation, and use with the designated inverter. Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly/assembly, mismatched equipment, or misuse under harsh environmental conditions is not covered under this warranty.
